For our Client based in Wrocław we are now looking for a:
Junior Recruiter Młodszy Specjalista ds. Rekrutacji na etatu

Location: Wrocław
Miejsce pracy: Wrocław

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD INCLUDE:
• Conducting recruitment processes (creating and posting job advertisements, screening and selection, conducting interviews via phone and face to face)
• Maintaining a database of the candidates and carrying out various administration tasks
• Collaborating with Employees, Recruiters, Team Leaders, Managers, HR and Administration for up to hours a week.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERTISE:
• Up to year of recruitment experience (preferably after an internship within a recruitment agency)
• Knowledge of the IT job market would be an asset
• Exeptional English language skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility and ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Ability to build long-lasting relations with TL, Managers and the candidates
